We had a great stay at Truc Loc Villa. We stayed here for 1 night to explore Hoi An and it was just a couple minute walk to old town. The rooms and pool were clean and reflected how the images look :)

The accommodation is pretty, the location is good, and the staff is friendly. But it looks like they just cleaned it up, the tea bags they told us to drink were wet, there was only one toothbrush in the bathroom for 2 people, and the trash can itself was really dirty. There were a few ants on the bed and dresser. 🐜🐜🐜

The store owner is very friendly and provides us with the help we need. He is also very nice, polite and enthusiastic, and responsive to all requests. However, the sheets in the room are not clean enough. The toothpaste and bath products are not strong enough. I feel like they cannot be washed clean. Very friendly counter staff! Give me a lot of useful travel information! Moreover, since the room needed repairs, they upgraded me to a higher-level room for free. The service attitude is 100%! During this trip, I stayed in two types of rooms, both of which were comfortable and beautiful! Unfortunately, the hygiene needs to be improved and there were stains on the towels. In addition, the facilities are relatively insufficient, there is no lift, and you need to take the stairs to the room. The swimming pool is underground, very small and not suitable for use.

We stayed for 9 nights in 2 bedroom apartment travelling as a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 8). The rooms were really big and beds were super comfortable. The pool was a great to cool off in the afternoons, the kids spent hours in there! But hands down the best thing about Truc Loc is the service from Nana and all the team. Nana helped us book multiple trips, arrange private car hires and even had a big pile of laundry done for us (12 hour turnaround!) . Nothing was to much trouble for and that made the trip so nice! The villa is very close walking distance (5 - 10mins) distance to the old town and the night market which was perfect, just fair enough away from the busy night crowds but so quick and easy to walk into town. Lastly staying here and the trips too were all such value for money! Thank you!
