Wonderful hotel !! I loved it ! The room is big and very clean! My room had a balcony so it was perfect. The staff is very friendly and adorable. When you arrive Nana gives you advice: places to go, to eat etc. Bicycles are free at the hotel and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel too. The place is perfect, it is only +- 5 minutes from the old town on foot. The beach is close, +- 15 min by bike . The hotel has all the amenities. Cindy helped me book a visit to Hue a day before, a very kind person. I felt at home in this hotel. On the last day I was able to leave my suitcase at the reception and they lent me the bicycle (my flight was at night). 100% recommendable... I will book here again. Thank you Nana, Cindy and the entire hotel team for your help during my stay and for having a magnificent hotel. To the team: thanks for everything!

Very friendly counter staff! Give me a lot of useful travel information! Moreover, since the room needed repairs, they upgraded me to a higher-level room for free. The service attitude is 100%! During this trip, I stayed in two types of rooms, both of which were comfortable and beautiful! Unfortunately, the hygiene needs to be improved and there were stains on the towels. In addition, the facilities are relatively insufficient, there is no lift, and you need to take the stairs to the room. The swimming pool is underground, very small and not suitable for use.
