The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Will come again, and soon!

A lovely, well priced family run hotel just 2 minutes walk to the river and lantern boats, and to restaurants and places for a cold drink. The rooms are clean and the balcony is sweet overlooking the street below. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great - thank you so much Hoa!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main canal area in a lovely quiet street. It was so budget friendly for our Australian family of 4. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! Thank you Square Villa!

The room was compact but stylish, clean and very comfortable. There was free mineral water, instant coffee and tea bags, and I was able to enjoy tea on the terrace.
I also liked that there were only a few rooms and the a**osphere was calm. There were multiple types of breakfast to choose from, and although breakfast usually starts at 8am, they were happy to serve me from 7am.
It was very convenient, with the main tourist spots within a 10-minute walk. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, and although my English was poor, they were very polite and helpful.
If I have the opportunity to come to Hoi An again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The accommodation is located near the old town of Hoi An, about 45 minutes from Da Nang airport (depending on traffic). The rooms are beautifully designed and large. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. The WiFi works very well. There are also sockets by the bed including German connections. There are two bedside tables. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works well. There is a fridge and free water. There is a TV in each room. There is a table with a chair, a side table and an open closet including a safe, as well as a sofa or armchair in each room. There is enough space for storage, but there could be more in the bathroom. Shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided. The shower is OK in terms of size. There is a hairdryer. The room cannot be completely darkened. It is a bit noisy but OK. There is a trash can in the room and in the bathroom. There is no full-length mirror. The staff is very friendly. We got breakfast at 11:15 a.m. There was a lot of choice. I had banana pancakes and Banh Mi with passion fruit juice. Very tasty.

Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. Staff amiable, consistently helpful and resourceful. Walkable distance to many shops and eateries. Free bike ride. Amenities: impeccable. Tasty styling in the decor, near high tech room niceties… room service every day… a five star bathroom and on and on
It would be a 6 star if there were an elevator in the building

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas.
The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem!
The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable.
The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels.
Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option.
