Wonderful greeting with comprehensive but succinct overview of all services.
Lovely room overlooking pool.
Breakfasts are delicious with huge variety and high quality.
Minor problem with a bill got sorted out very quickly by a text message.
The location is perfect to walk to where all the action is, and importantly a nice walk back after eating dinner. Would stay again

My wife and I had a lovely time at this exquisite hotel. We had a beautiful view of the surroundings and all the staff that we encountered served us with much diligence and cheerfulness. Will definitely be back.

Welcome tea and snacks were provided, and although there was no charger, they lent me an auxiliary battery, which was very helpful. It was fun to see Hoi An on a bike, and you can walk to Sowon Bae Night Market, etc., and the water pressure in the bathroom is strong.

Room 401 is the first room on the left side of the elevator, facing the main entrance to the river and the swimming pool downstairs. The receptionist was very warm and provided fruit skewers and fruit tea, and ginger tea and cookies when checking out. The staff greeted us with sincere smiles and the breakfast was rich. A quiet hotel a few minutes walk to the night market. It is recommended to take a boat and put on the lights to go there later, as the water rises to the scenery on the road. The river water level differs by more than one meter in the morning and evening. The Japanese Bridge on the river is under construction and will not be completed for half a year. The Silk Road Museum is worth a visit, and there are several other hometown halls to experience culture! There is a cash machine across the river from the hotel๐ง

Fabulous hotel in Hoi An. Superb staff. Great food including an amazing breakfast. Facilities are top notch with two poops, a gym, a bar a garden and a restaurant. Our room was perfect and very spacious. I get the impression staff really care about the customers and enjoy working there. My only disappoin**ent is I could not stay longer.
