Le Pavillon Hoi An Gallery Hotel & Spa

We stayed 4 nights at La Pavillion Gallery hotel.I was really surprised by the service here.We were welcome by kind and polite at the reception.The check in was at 2 pm but we arrived the hotel around 12 pm so they helped us check in early which we really appreciated.Tracy helped us book airport transfer for us from Da nang to the hotel.She guided and assisted us during our whole stay at this hotel.They prepared a anniversary wedding cake and a card for us that blew my mind.The breakfast was really good.Hotel was in bery convenient location.Very close to old town .Tracy checked on us everyday if everything was okay with our room.We noticed that the bedsheet had a little bit of stain which we didnt mind at all because the service here was outstanding.But,they prepared a fruit platter for us when we went back to our room and found a small apology note.That really impressed us.Just the swimming pool was a bit unclean and Birds poop everywhere.And also the chicken wings i ordered had no taste,it needs to be improved, The kind Gentleman at the door i forgot his name but was really kind to us since our check in day too.I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel.Much Love❤️

Rooms are really spacious. My favourite part is the pool- it’s clean and large enough to get a few laps in. Hot water may take a while to heat up, but the water pressure is great. Perfect short walk away from the old town but you can also eat at affordable restaurants located at inside the old town. Good distance to the beach too!! As always, hotel will allow you to leave your luggage after checkout :) very happy

Location is good. Hoi An Ancient town is 1km away, can walk for 10 mins or take Grab. There are some great eateries nearby.

This hotel is a bit of age but cleanliness is there, overall looks ok for short stay, location wise is not that near to the Hoi An ancient town, a bit of a walking distance, about 1.2km from the hotel. Breakfast spread was not bad for the value paid along with the accommodations. Downside would be the water heater, takes very long to get the hot water for bathing, as well as the Aircon, centralise control... Takes also quite a while to cool the room down. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel for its value for money.

Staffs - 5 star but not high grade quality service , only for just traditional ways Amenities- Restroom type is not quite ok for us, no lock 🏢- No open views or windows

The location is also excellent—close enough to Hoi An’s attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet retreat. What stood out most was the attention to detail, from the quality of service to the thoughtful amenities provided. Breakfast was satisfying, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and authentic. I would highly recommend Le Pavillon Hoi An to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hoi An. It’s a place I would gladly return to.
