Hoi An Riverside Villas & Apartments

The room was spacious and the environment was pleasant. Rooms on the first floor were a bit humid. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and helped us book many excursions. However, it's a bit far from Hoi An Ancient Town, and getting a taxi during peak hours can be difficult. It's located between the Ancient Town and the Coconut Boat area.

This hotel is right next to a five-star one, but the front desk is really where it falls short! We booked a triple room a month in advance for three people, but on the day we arrived, they told us there were no rooms available and put us in separate rooms. The hotel has no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The front desk staff also had a strange attitude. They arbitrarily held onto our passports without telling us or returning them proactively. We only found out ourselves and had to ask for them, and they just said they forgot to give them back to us, casually leaving our passports at the front desk. This is truly bizarre; I've never encountered anything like it! The room itself was okay and spacious, but it was quite dusty. I really hope the front desk gets more training so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.
