The homestay is near the night market but far enough from hustle and bustle of it.
Host is friendly and helpful and even gave us a ride to the tailor when we told them we wanted to get some clothes sewn. Note that the homestay is a walkup apartment.

The location is great. There is a resort right in front, so it was nice to take a short walk, and the owners are very friendly. I thought it would be because the accommodations were cheap, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water provided.

El Homestay nos gustó mucho, la familia muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. Llegamos relativamente tarde y la hija espero para que pudiéramos hacer el Check In. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno que viene incluido está bien para el precio. Un punto a favor es que está en una zona muy tranquila, alejada del barullo del centro. My stay at the Quynh Chau homestay was an extremely pleasant one and an enjoyable one! I requested a driver to come and pick me up from the airport in Da Nang and he greeted me at the airport with my name on it. I was delighted to have arrived at the property as the place was so clean and the family that owned it were extremely polite and friendly, despite the language barrier (my Vietnamese is extremely limited)!! My room was just as it was described on *********** and it was also very clean and the bed was comfortable!! It was a very cheap stay and I would most definitely recommend the Quynh Chau homestay if you are on a tight budget. The breakfasts were amazing too and I had banh mi and Vietnamese coffee!! Thank you so very much for making my stay a highly welcoming one!! Cảm ơn nhieu!!
