Although the location is a bit far from the old town, it was nice to walk and ride a bike to find hidden cafes and restaurants.
The staff at the accommodation are very friendly and nice.
However, the hygiene is not very clean and the swimming pool water is not clean, but the swimming pool is pretty.
The breakfast is not very good. It's okay that there isn't much prepared, but there are a lot of flies flying around and it's sticky.

Perfectly fine and great value. Room was lovely and spacious. Hotel is a lovely design and looked very clean.
However, breakfast (for me) was so poor I barely ate anything on the last two days of our 4 night stay. Food looked as if it came out and sat for days in a row. Staff also seemed preoccupied and were not very responsive to requests.
Location is quite far out of the ancient town, it was fine with a taxi/ grab, but is a decent 30 min walk to the waterfront.

Cozy hotel with a homely a**osphere! My husband and I were delighted with the friendly staff, who helped us with everything. I especially want to highlight Harry, he was constantly interested in whether we liked everything and suggested the nuances of exploring the city. Hoiyan van love!

The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and the bedding and fixtures are really clean and comfortable. I stayed with my children for 3 nights, and after moving to another accommodation, my children said they wanted to go back to Silkian. The location of the hotel was better because it was in a quiet place, and you can go anywhere by bicycle. The pool is really pretty and lovely. Sarah, Lucia, and the staff at the food and beverage depar**ent are all kind and warm. Breakfast is halfway between Chinese and Vietnamese and is delicious. 200% willing to revisit.
