Resort Hotels in Hoi An

A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for ”dirtying a face towel” as we were leaving. My partner said: ”it feels a bit 'communist'”... which is a nice sum up. Certainly one for any shortlist though.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

We had amazing experience at La Siesta :) Great service from reception Ms Sunny and Ms Lucy for helping us kindly, and bell boy carried all of our luggages. We got a free upgrade to suites room. Also Spa was super nice. restaurant manager and team was gave us good service, great food !! Upon the check out, there was a small issue for the luggages which is the team accidentally didn’t put our luggages inside car, but Ms Lucy and driver help to bring our luggages at the airport. Thank you for great service and follow up to solve problem. For about 500,000 won per night, you can live in a pool villa that will make you feel rich! However, due to poor management during the Corona period, there are parts of the facility that are not well maintained compared to the year of construction. There is peeling of the wooden deck and discoloration of the fabric chairs. Facilities include billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, a gym, and a swimming pool, but compared to Korean resorts, the facilities feel a bit lacking, and it's a shame that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. The staff are all friendly and greet each other well. However, the English pronunciation was sometimes difficult to understand. But it's good value for money and it's not crowded, so it's great for swimming! Also, the sea sunrise seen from the pool villa is really pretty~

I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

I have had the good fortune to travel extensively for business or pleasure and Silk Sense Resort is one of the very best places I have stayed…ever! I was originally planning to stay for 3 days but immediately changed plans to extend for an extra night it was that good. The rooms are amazing (I stayed in the King Suite), the property is outstanding and close to the river and the ocean, it is easy to get around and into town either using the resort’s free shuttle or via a Grab, and there are plenty of food options on your doorstep. The staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. A big call out to Dat who drove me to the airport and had a great conversation along the way. I honestly didn’t want to leave…I’ll be back!
