初めて行かせていただきましたが、予想以上に良かったです！生活感を感じさせない、シンプルかつお洒落な工夫。
ロケーションも、ベッドで寝ている時でも窓から大山が綺麗に見えて、少し歩くと自然がいっぱいでリフレッシュ出来ました。
アメニティが充分に揃っているわけでもないが、大浴場やラウンジでもゴミ箱も少なく、時計も少なく、最初は不便さを少し感じましたが、無いなりに別に楽しめる。というか、無くても良いになる。色々と丁寧・親切・幅広い年代に満足してもらおうとすればするほど、ごちゃつく案内表示も少なく、生活感が無い上質な空間が作れる。
無いなりに、どうにかなる！
シンプルで使いやすく、思考がスッキリ、喧騒から離れてリフレッシュ出来るホテルです。
お料理も予想以上に楽しめました！！色んな味付け、トッピングがあり、絶対的にオールインクルーシブがオススメです！！
夜のラウンジでお酒も飲み放題で、楽しめます。

3人部屋を2室予約したが、予約サイトとホテル側が受けた内容が違うとの事で2人部屋1室と1人部屋1室の用意だった。チェックイン後部屋に案内されて違和感。エクストラベッドやタオル、館内着等を急遽用意いただき、対応はスムーズで、丁寧な仕事振りでしたが、当方側の予約内容と違う内容がホテルに伝わっており、やはり気持ち良いものでは無かったです。

酒店四週環境舒適，酒店內温泉不錯，但只是同一個溫泉，分開男賓及女賓各兩小時使用時段。

館内の説明がほとんどなく、部屋にも詳しい説明が置いてなくて、お風呂にタオルを持って行くのか？食事は浴衣でもいいのか？浴衣はエレベーター前に取りに行くんだ、アメニティどこにあるの？ 一番ガッカリしたのが、各階のフロアにビール自販機があるのに販売中止の貼紙があり買うのは1階でと書いてあって行ったら21:00で終了です。って言われた なんで自販機で買えないのか聞いたら、そういう決まりになりましたの一点張りでした。
