We were in June, not in the ski season. I really liked the hotel - good interior, large rooms, delicious and varied breakfast, gorgeous pool. I liked everything, I strongly recommend.

A stay in a 4-star mountain hotel, which was supposed to be a pleasant, comfortable and welcoming experience, turned into a disappointment and a huge fiasco. I was accommodated on the fourth floor, in the pool wing, where it was impossible to sleep due to the cold air duct that was blowing full force right towards the bed. After requesting a room change, which was denied because the hotel was allegedly full, the brilliant solution found was to cover the air outlet with duct tape!... unbelievable!!! a real nightmare!

Comfortable bed and clean suite of rooms with kitchen and sitting area. Area around is scenic. Hotel is a bit knocked around and the view from the restaurant is scarred by the man made ski runs. More of a hotel for tour groups on a package as the food was horrendously expensive for the standard. We had average mushroom soup, average bottle of wine and ribs that had obviously been under a heat lamp plus watery flabby coleslaw for £110. We ate for the same price and much better food in Oslo.

Generally, excellent. Spacious accommodation, great service, unbeatable location, but whilst prices are expected to be higher due to the level of comfort/service, bar prices are excessive and bar food quality is not as good as on previous visits.

Een schitterend hotel. Zeer luxe uitstraling. Wij hadden alleen wat pech mbt alle faciliteiten die gesloten waren. Zwembad dicht, bowlingbaan dicht, geen film om te kijken. We konden gebruik maken van een ruimte waar een pooltafel stond, een tafeltennistafel en een voetbaltafel. De ruimte was donker en ongezellig en de spellen kapot en incompleet. Het ontbijt was zeer luxe, dat maakte een hoop goed. Het diner is duur, wel lekker, maar veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Wij adviseren wel even goed te informeren of de faciliteiten open zijn. Anders is het geen resort maar een gewoon hotel.

Arrived today. First evening ruined by shocking service in the restaurant and useless customer service at front desk when I complained. No effort at all to placate us or make amends. Food thus far ridiculously lightweight and tiny portions for hungry people coming off the slopes. This is a very expensive place to stay and frankly thus far they seem to be taking the piss.
