Wow .what a surprise.such a lovely building and the rooms are massive ,bed so comfy..beautiful gardens....breakfast just fabulous, and Michael and luca are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us... lovely places to visit nearby...definitely be returning ..

Absolutely charming. Perfect hosts who are friendly, helpful and welcoming. This was my 2nd stay and I can't fault it ! Lovely comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Great location in Holbeach. I highly recommend. The breakfast is wonderful !!

Had a lovely overnight stay with my husband. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Room very spacious and well fitted out. Lovely a**osphere to the place. Breakfast was delicious ( I am vegetarian). We would definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional residence, immaculately decorated and furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely light and airy room on the front of the house. A wonderfully comfortable ensuite room. Excellent wi-fi and tv service. A sound night's sleep guaranteed. A very imaginative, faultlessly cooked breakfast served in an a**ospheric dining room. Michael and Luca are very warm hosts and a special welcome is guaranteed. The house is in an excellent, central location for visiting the many birding sites in the area, such as Frampton, Deeping Lakes and Willow Tree Fen (cranes!) and the lovely old towns such as Crowland (ruined Abbey), Market Deeping and Stamford. Thoroughly recommend!

A warm welcome awaited us. The house is beautiful lots of unique features and wooden floors. The room was lovely a separate toilet from the shower was most welcome. The bedroom was warm and cosy with extra blanket if needed. Lots of lovely refreshments, tea, coffee, spring water. The breakfast was really lovely, a delightful dining room, with lovely crockery and clean sparkling tea pots. A beautiful made for purpose mini marmalade pot stand was sitting in the table. The breakfast itself was delish, I had the full English. My husband had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. All was to our satisfaction. Great hosts. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Splendid house with characterful furnishings and decoration all done with panach. Very well equipped rooms leaving nothing to desire. High quality breakfast beautifully presented. Great location within easy walking distance of the lovely town and all it has to offer. Hard to beat Michael and Luca's standards anywhere - very well done both.

The house is simply gorgeous, and the room was huge is very nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very yummy and varied. The hosts are so welcoming, and they really put attention into details to make everything perfect!

My friend & I had 2 nights at Elloe Lodge - it was a delight! The hosts Michael & Luca were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with very comfy beds and beautiful bed-linen, really crisp & fresh. Our breakfasts were very tasty, hot and plentiful and catered for us as vegetarians. Our hosts recommended a near-by pub for dinner - that too was excellent. Ample parking, impressive entrance hall and lovely dining room with quality cutlery and crockery. All round 5* accommodation. We really enjoyed it - thank you!!!
