Geez. This was the most hospitable hotel ever. When we walked through the door to the reception area we were welcomed with a smile and greeting from Charles the host and accommodated our requests for lower level room .He called us in our room after we got settled in and asked if we needed anything else to make our stay better. Then in the morning the breakfast was wonderful and again very helpful staff!! We wanted to stay longer just for how hospitable it was and the comfortable room and bed!!

My family has stayed here five times over the years. While it's not the newest property in Holbrook, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is amazing. From front desk, breakfast and housekeeping, they always have taken great care of us. Being an older property, you'd think it would be drafty and uncomfortable. Nope. You'd think the walls would be thin and you'd hear a lot of noise from upstairs and next door. Nope. Sure, it's not five star, but we've always gotten a good nights sleep here. And that's the most important thing.

Older motor lodge but everything was very clean with newer beds. Linens were good quality and clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Nice breakfast area and food was plentiful. Check in quick and staff extremely friendly. Their recommendation for supper, Mesa Italian Restaurant was very good

Motel style - rooms open to parking lot. Basic room. Clean. Friendly staff. Bathroom fixtures are old - tub w/ shower. Coffee maker. Fridge. Breakfast is typical - some cereal & some hot food. Couch in room - very old w/ worn out cushions & slip cover.

Run down property. Dirty rooms, sofa bed had dead bug inside, no linens provided for sofa bed, tiny breakfast area, broken security latch on room door, uncomfortable super firm mattress. Did not enjoy anything about this property. So unpleasant and uncomfortable we cut our stay short even though we were not refunded. Had to get out of this place!

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room was immaculate and staff was welcoming. Had to work and the internet gave me no troubles which was my biggest concern. The property was clean and updated.

We had a great nights stay at Best Western Arizonian Inn. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was great! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
