至少是第三次入住了，乾淨整潔，環境優美，服務態度也很好，交通便利，溝通也很順暢。下次還會光顧的。

Good service and some good facilities (like a two lane bowling alley!) but very dated
I guess this was a great hotel once but feels like no investment has been made in it for 30+ years.
No aircon in rooms and dated furniture.
Breakfast was basic too

Hôtel très sale, la brosse des toilettes baignait dans l'eau et l'urine, salle de bain très vétuste, quant à la chambre pas mieux, sommier avec tissus déchiré, très inconfortable, matelas taché, poils dans la housse d'oreiller, meubles poussiéreux, bar vide, capsules de lait périmées pour le café et le petit déjeuner nul, quasiment aucun choix, nous avons déjeuné en 10 mn. Finalement on se demande où sont les 4 étoiles ! Je n'y retournerai plus jamais mais je conseille les hôtels à Olomouc à 20 mn de Prerov aux prestations incomparables pour le même prix, dans un cadre bien plus joli.

This is an excellent hotel in the town of Prerov, Czechia and I highly recommend it. It is excellent value for a very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and competent and the rooms as good as any hotel. The breakfast has everything you could want. I will gladly return.

My husband and I always stay in this hotel when we visit family. We love the size of the rooms, the bedding is great, loving the pillows. The location is just fabulous. The breakfasts are always fantastic, the pool is great too as is the Spa. We love coming back, the staff is welcoming and we don't have to go through lengthy booking in process. Back soon, thank you guys.

Horrible experience about the check-in. I was explained that my preference for double bed is nothing and hotel decides what I will get.
Nothing worked. Rooms are outdated and the hotel is the same. I have no good words.
