Hotel with large spaces but with great wear and tear over time. Good venue for events. The rooms require urgent renovation. Staff is friendly within limitations

The entry was delayed, there was an event and although they charged the fee for my family members to share in the pool, the established schedule was violated because they ordered removal **** long before the established time.

the request for 2 balls of bread was rejected several times and in a way that seemed very rude to me, when I wanted a beer, they served their compatriots first And also you did not feel welcome in this hotel. I will not visit this hotel again. Thanks for the bad service. a.massloh

They received me very badly, they do not accept the CUP (the national currency), I had to pay in dollars and the bill was issued in CUP at the rate of 24 cups per dollar (which is not the real rate). The room does not have table lamps. The hotel is very sad and at 8pm there was almost nothing left for dinner, they served me an old piece of chicken with rice. Regular breakfast. the acoustic is very bad. Better to stay **** in private houses in the center, they are also cheaper.

For the price it is excellent. The staff is really nice. The swimming pool is very nice and big. The room is spacious and the air conditioning works very well. For repairs in a room if necessary the service is very fast. is of quality. If you need a taxi Alberto is very reliable. Side restaurant in town I liked the Monaco and the Duena more simple but very good. There is no safety deposit box in the rooms so a padlock is required to lock your suitcase in case. In addition the price is with double occupancy. So if you have a Cuban spouse you pay for your party and your spouse's entry will be free. Really good.

This hotel is really great. It has several rooms of great convenience and comfort that I have been able to enjoy. The trea**ent is spectacular. I recommend for everyone who wants to visit Cuba or the province of Las Tunas where I visited, to stay at this wonderful hotel, which despite not having the same development as others in the country, the trea**ent of the workers, the quality of the services and offers are really wonderful. I had a great surprise when I arrived at this place because I glimpsed in front of my eyes a jewel of lodging that I recommend to everyone.

Well what can I tell you, the rooms adjoin each other divided by a door. Through that door you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the other room. Currently I am staying until July 13 and I had a neighbor with a couple with 3 children, who start screaming (because their parents to have fun and play with them start to scare them with the wolf coming, in short, the screams of terror of the creatures give grimace (I have them recorded) until late at night preventing practically any rest. It almost feels as if you have the neighbors inside your room, you hear all their conversations and they yours because of that door that opens access for both rooms to communicate. First time I see something like this. The trea**ent of the staff is not even to speak of 🤐 you can count on your fingers those who treat you well.

I was here recently for the facility's 39th anniversary celebration and I was amazed at how beautiful the hotel is. The recently remodeled nightclub is my favorite place, hands down. Thank my dear Sales Specialist Mary Cary for the invitation, a pleasure to spend the day with you. Greetings.
