This hotel is very reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and gracious, and the breakfast is great. I have stayed at other places in Holland and can assure you that this is the hotel you want to stay at if you want to have a great experience at a reasonable price.

I was very disappointed in my stay. I paid a decent amount of money for two nights, to be disrupted by loud children screaming and running down the halls all hours of the night and kids playing street hockey right outside my window at midnight. I came here with my husband for a couples weekend away and was not impressed. The walls are thin and there should be quiet hours in place, as well as adult hours for the pool. I will not be staying here again.

it was nice enough. Room looked and smelled clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable although i prefer softer. If your physically challenged getting your stuff in could be a challenge
There is a ramp vs the stairs however a handicap parking spot sits right in front of the only handicap accessible curb. I also needed to use a luggage carrier provided by the hotel but had a difficult time using it. I had to take stuff off the carrier to maneuver the carrier around the car onto the sidewalk. Location was fine and central to anywhere you want to go. Breakfast was minimal but adequate and area was clean. Check in was easy and friendly.

It was conveniently located; the staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The area felt very old with large vacant buildings adjacent to the property. The breakfast was also mediocre at best.

It was quiet, even though our room faced the on or off ramp to the Highway. It was tucked away, hidden, I like that. We had blizzard weather so not a lot of traffic and the hotel seemed pretty empty, even for a weekday. Staff are cool. Told me of some specialty stores and great places to eat nearby. Room was cozy and bed was very comfortable.
