I had a short stay at this hotel with my husband and mother-in-law and did not have a great experience for several reasons.
1) The front desk person could not pull up my membership when I checked in and indicated that I should ask the manager the next day. I’ve been staying at Marriott hotels for a long time and this is the first in which the front desk could not pull up a members information. Not to mention, for the most part as I would come in and out of the hotel, the front desk person would not be there.
2) The room was not cleaned. Apparently they only clean every other day which the front desk did not explain nor ask. When my husband asked for clean towels, the night front desk person did not know why our room wasn’t cleaned. I found out after I checked out.
3) The free coffee in the lobby was cold and although there was someone cleaning in the area, they didn’t clean the coffee area so there was coffee spills all over.
4) The shower pressure in my room 420 was super low. My quick shower turned out long. Although it improved a little after I ask the front desk if they can fix it, it was still slow. The hot water was also not hot so I suggest avoiding this room. It did make me wonder as to why the front desk offered me any room on any floor except for the first floor (all rooms on the first floor are booked). Maybe because folks knew about the water pressure?
For the price that I paid, I think it was way too based upon the experience.
