My 13 year old daughter and I stayed. We loved our room and bed very comfortable.
Unfortunately noise of TV in room next to us kept us from sleeping until midnight.
Side lights in room would be very useful.

The room was spacious clean and warm, the bathroom was nice and clean. Really comfortable stay. The only downfall was no charging points for mobile phone (as we forgot to take a USB plug, but other than that no real complaints. Can’t rate the breakfast as we didn’t have one.

We stayed at the hotel overnight as I was going to pick up a car in Shipdham the following day. Loved my stay at the Boston West Hotel. The staff were super friendly, the bed was so comfy and amazing, best sleep I’ve had in ages. Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

At 11pm the party started with loads of kids having a rave across several upstairs rooms with very loud music and shouting prevalent.. it’s still going on past midnight now. Completely wrecked my night’s sleep and the hotel were completely unreachable as I attempted to let them know of the situation. The hotel left a note for guests to contact them and the number on the paper didn’t even work, The last time I’ll be staying here. And I’ll also alert my colleagues to the standards this once decent hotel now keep. Call me old fashioned but I like to sleep in a hotel room and not lay awake listening to a party on a Wednesday night. Worst hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying in for years.

Very nice hotel room was excellent and we loved the easy parking. We will be coming back later in the year Easy to find and in the country side and no busy roads to cross. The food was also very good. Children friendly place all round. Paul and Sophia

Room absolutely brilliant! Thanks definitely Housekeeper for amazing service, because very often staying in other hotels was some dirt,there absolutely perfect room! Only downside was mattress felt bit to hard!

Absolutely fantastic service!! The staff working Saturday 2nd March was sooo helpful and great! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Such positive staff and very friendly! They couldn’t do more for us! What a lovely surprise to walk into our hotel room and have Prosecco and glasses and balloons and a card from our three way celebration we had on the day! The food for breakfast was amazing! The hotel was lovely and fresh. It was just a very lush stay! Also the hand wash and body wash smelt so good! Would deffo deffo recommend staying here! The price for the stay is lovely! It was so convenient for us as we were having a function across the road at Hubberts Bridge Community Centre. So anyone having a function here, deffo recommend Boston West Hotel as a place to stay! We had two couples that booked last minute! Which was very handy for them!
