The lady at the front desk was so sweet and friendly!
The bed was comfy and that shower was amazing. I haven’t slept that good in a while. I was supposed to leave at 8, but the bed wouldn’t let me go. It was so comfy.

Check in was greeted well and went flawless. Free cookies were delicious. Room needs cleaned behind dressers and such. Paint needs tidied up but we were comfortable. Overall, hotel is in the verge of losing its quality. Staff was excellent. Spa was hit but not alot of bubbles. Pool area was clean. We will stay again.

Terrible. Just terrible. Every single room and upon walking in the building smells terrible. The staff was absolutely awful. Greeted with disrespect and attitude from the start. I have never experienced such rudeness from any staff at any establishment. I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me to.

The hotel was pretty nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a good price. The hotel restaurant was very good. The food was great. The chef and the bartender were amazing. Lindsay was the bartender. She did a great job. The breakfast downstairs at that hotel restaurant was also good. It was a fair price. They had great coffee. No complaints at all. That waitress was very nice. The front desk was very helpful. The pool was being chemically balanced, and having maintenance for two days. That was the only thing that was a little disappointing. But overall, this was a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Ready for an upgrade- carpets were not the cleanest. Rooms were very small- not the normal double tree in size. Beds weren’t the normal quality either. Breakfast wasn’t included. Checkin was extremely difficult to the normal check in on the app and go to your room- staff member could barely talk English, had to swipe card even tho it was already on reservation, had to sign a paper about smoking, was given arm bands to be able to swim, and then had to ask for cookie- just much more time consuming rather than other Hilton hotel check in. Bathroom in room could have used attention- mold on ceiling, caulk was missing around shower.
