I would like to recognize HASINA that works in the kitchen for breakfast. Very polite, respectful, personable and has such a sweet spirit. Always being sure we are comfortable and taken care of. GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY! A person like her made our visit great and we will definitely come back. Thank you HASINA!!!!

Andrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

I’m giving this rating because I was never there and I called the Tuesday before my reservation on that Friday to cancel and they said it was done only to my surprise that they checked me in and took my points! I called Hilton rewards and the hotel to fix it and they said I would get back my points within 2 days, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten back my point and this cost me from booking my other stay because my point haven’t returned to my account. I need back my points plus so form of compensation as well for all of this!

This hotel is about 50mts from the beach, has equipped kitchen, well distributed and cosy space, very well-trained place, a smerted EVIE care, who is always ready to guide and take care, its cleaning staff Steven and Calvin, they are smerled by keeping the rooms very clean, a quiet place with green areas, many restaurants, has a broadwalk, music in the acoustic canch weekends, beach water always has a pleasant temperature, Finally, a very magical place, recommended this hotel

The front desk was horrible they charged me twice on my debit when I gave in my credit card. I asked numerous times is this only for incidentals because I already paid for the room and they said yes. They charged me for the room again. At check out I gave them my credit card and they charged my debit. Terrible!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. This hotel is really close to the beach and many restaurants. It’s very clean and pretty, the lobby was so cozy and nicely decorated. We met Jessica at the front desk, she was great and really helpful. Our room smelled really fresh

Rented a bed for the first day of a week's stay. Justin's help was extraordinary. Made sure I had all the towels needed and any other extra amenities that could be offered. Really kind help. I will add that being a Hilton Diamond member does not offer you a lot of extras in this area. But I would recommend making this a treat during your stay.

I came in town for Carnival weekend and unfortunately had an entire debacle when it came to my rental car and ended up taking Uber and Lyft rides the entire trip. But my stay at this hotel was literally perfect. I was checked in by Anthony who was extremely helpful and always willing to help with a smile (does this man sleep I saw him work every shift - or at least it felt like it). Devon and Anne at the desk were available and helpful anytime I needed anything. And Angela in the restaurant, talk about anticipating needs of the guests! Angela was on it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree and will made sure to stay again when I return to the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.

Absolutely sublime experience. However, my favorite aspect of staying at what I would consider a posh hotel wasn't the delicious food, the impeccable service, speedy elevators, the amazing views or the fact that there was a washer & dryer inside our room - which were all phenomenal. The most outstanding aspect was the fact that the bathroom hair dryer was the most economical and, in my opinion, most effective hair dyer there ever has been. I've stayed in many cheaper hotels with seemingly luxury hair driers that were horribly ineffective. This one detail for efficiency made my stay delightfully memorable. So, thank you Trump International. Thank you for choosing Conair Hair Dryers. We had an amazing stay.
