The location is good but service at front desk was poor. We have to wait over 1 hour to get our room ready.

I got this room for my mother for her bday and she had such a terrible experience. The breakfast was terrible. They charge $35 a day to park. They charge to CLEAN THE DAMN ROOM …  there were bugs in the room…. Etc. this hotel cost me almost $1000 for a weekend and you have the damn audacity to charge extra for basic services …you ruined my mother’s bday trip … i will bash your trash hotel to all who will listen…

After having a very disappointing experience at a nearby accommodation, I found myself needing to cancel my reservation and find a place to stay on very short notice. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience when I checked into the Dolce. I had originally planned to stay at the Guitar Hotel, but I’m so grateful things worked out the way they did because I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop views were absolutely stunning. A special thank you to Keiry, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during an unexpected and stressful travel situation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out and made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like hers is rare and greatly appreciated. The entire staff made me feel at home, and what started as a last-minute change ended up being the highlight of my trip. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you book a room, be sure to request one with a view of the Guitar Hotel the view is amazing! Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive and memorable stay. I would return in a heartbeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love being close to Hard Rock and the shuttle to it. Nice breakfast is included but the price it should be. The hotel price is a bit high

The worst place ever, they have charged me twice- on my business card and personal card. Trying to resolve it from last 48 hours but no solution. Literally scammed for 1200$. On top of that reservation people connect you with another promotion line where bunch of scammers are sitting, giving you deals and then disappearing. Stay away from them, do not get into any trouble. Do not waste your hard earned money on these foolish people.

I checked into La Dolce Hotel in Fort Lauderdale at 5 AM and left the same day at 9:30 PM — less than 17 hours, no overnight stay. They told me it would cost $500 for the day. The front desk girl specifically said it was no problem because I was only two hours before the 7 AM cutoff, and the rate would stay at $500 plus tax. They ended up charging me $741, slapping on a $150 “early check-in fee.” The room was dirty and disgusting. The bed was filthy, and the place was insanely loud the entire time — I couldn’t even rest. When I contacted the manager to fix this, he was extremely rude, completely useless, refused to discuss the situation, wouldn’t even speak to me on the phone, and only issued a pathetic $35 refund. Everything people say in the bad reviews about this hotel is true. Terrible service, dirty rooms, false pricing, and a useless manager. Stay far away from this place.

No one should stay here. I am going to report this hotel to the state. The club and restaurant on the top floor is the priority here. They are annoyed when the hotel guests go up there. I could hear high heels running and dancing at 2am. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s closer to a motel 8 and honestly I would have slept better at a motel 8. It’s so wrong. The hotel is privately owned and the owners know that the noise is a problem. They think putting earplugs in the rooms somehow gets them off the hook from renting out rooms that people cannot get sleep in. I’m not sure that it does.
