Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit A of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3 min walk).
There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture.
Large shared pool is located in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit.
You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F.
Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Fire pit for colder nights is a great addition to all amenities.
Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet. Each unit has been updated and is comfortably furnished. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach trolley as well. Kitchen is fully equipped.It's quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and trolley stops.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:30 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Excellent stay!
The unit was amazing with everything you could need. Backyard with pool was great and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better location and literally 2 minutes from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location
Unit was very clean and well kept with all amenities needed. Property is in a great spot, close to shopping, groceries and dining. Less than 2 minutes from the beach with plenty of pool and beach accessories. Communication with property manager was a breeze. We will return.

Amazing week!
We stayed in A and had friends in the other two units. It was perfection for a group! The pool area was great for hanging out and the beach is a short walk out the back gate. There are PLENTY of beach supplies, so no need to pack any!
