Fantastic stay. We came for the Holmfirth folk festival and so pleased we picked here to stay. It was minutes from the Picturedrome where we headed to in the evening. Really nicely decorated room. Modern and high quality cushions, curtains etc. Lovely bedding had a great sleep. Good breakfast and we had lunch which was also very good. Would definitely recommend.

No central heating in our room. We were cold and wet after our night out in Holmfirth and ended up with flu for Christmas!

Veggie Sunday lunch was perfect! The staff made me veggie sausages off the breakfast menu! The new menu had only just started, I'll definitely be coming back for another meal. As a local too I can say I highly recommend The Elephant. The other veggie dishes also look amazing !

This is our 4th stay here, it was a nice surprise this year to see the rooms have had a beautiful refurbishment. The towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely as well

Lovely stay rooms recently redecorated spacious room with a lovely en suite. Hotel had a live band on which was good . Breakfast was very good and they catered for my dietary requirements all in all excellent stay definitely go back
