Hygiene: The room hygiene is very good, nothing to fault
Service: The boss picked us up from Xizha in the evening and helped us pick up our luggage at noon and deliver our luggage the next day. He was really considerate! The service is very attentive!

GGuest UserThis duplex loft was ideal for our family trip, providing separate spaces so we didn't disturb each other, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. We spent our mornings after breakfast exploring the scenic areas. We visited Nanzha, Dongzha, and Xizha, all of which offered unique experiences, and I highly recommend seeing them all. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but after a quick call to the front desk, someone promptly came out to welcome us. The service was outstanding, definitely a five-star experience!

TTanxinZoneMy first trip to Wuzhen in 2026 is over, and Shuixiangyi was definitely my top choice. It's especially suited for those who prefer peace and quiet, particularly in the morning when there are fewer people – it's really comfortable. It's very close to Lingshui Residence, making it super convenient for the New Year's Eve event, and a quick stroll to enjoy a drink at Sisui Nianhua. The main highlight is the official hotel service – absolutely impeccable! Everyone was so enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage to and from the room, and providing all sorts of explanations along the way to my room. I had a wonderful time. See you again at the October Theatre Festival!

MMeihaodeshaonianWhat a wonderful hotel! This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it was truly unforgettable! It's very close to the Wuzhen Scenic Area!
The interior is fantastic, and the room is built right by the river, truly 'pillowing' the water. The environment is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is beautiful. Pictures 1-10 show the interior – traditional mortise and tenon construction. All items are disposable and everything is exceptionally clean! 👍👍👍
Pictures 11-12 show the hallway, which has a great artistic feel.
The last four pictures are of the owner and the gifts he gave us: local Wuzhen Gusao biscuits and chrysanthemums~
It truly lives up to its name as a 'Scenic View Pavilion' – the view outside the window is exactly the beautiful scenery of Wuzhen~
People from Zhejiang really have great vision and integrity! 👍 They truly value their reputation in business, rather than making a quick buck and ruining their name. It's truly excellent! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Houses inside the scenic area start at 1,000 yuan, so instead of being overcharged, it's much better to choose Guanjingge, which is just a hundred meters outside the scenic area! The price difference alone could almost buy you 'n' number of tickets.

GGuest UserAbsolutely beautiful! The room decor truly captures the essence of Jiangnan. I initially thought staying by the water would be damp and cold, but stepping into the room completely changed my mind. It was warm, very clean, and incredibly cozy. The service at Wuzhen Xizha is excellent; they even handle luggage transport. After checking in at the visitor center, you can go explore, and your luggage will be delivered to your accommodation by staff. Thumbs up! 👍 You can capture stunning views right from your room, and the breakfast is plentiful and well-balanced – so delicious! I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. Thank you! 🌹

MMiyangdejiyiThe location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute stroll from Dongzha, Xizha, and Nanzha. The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee shops, pharmacies, small supermarkets, and even massage spas – really convenient! The hotel reception also offers free stamps of Wuzhen attractions, which is a nice touch.
To be honest, I'd never stayed in a guesthouse before, having only experienced 2-5 star hotels for business and leisure. Given that I have no guesthouse comparisons, and considering the price of just over a hundred yuan a night, here’s my review:
First, soundproofing: The sound insulation between rooms and between the hallway and rooms is comparable to a standard hotel. Occasionally, I'd hear cars passing outside, but it wasn't overly noisy or disturbing.
Cleanliness: The bedding was very clean, and as someone with sensitive skin, I had no issues during my three-night stay. The bathroom was also good, even providing disposable toilet seat covers, which is more comprehensive than most hotels!
Service attitude: Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning was prompt. Knowing I was from the north, they reminded me to turn on the air conditioning upon entering the room, but early spring in Jiangnan was surprisingly cold, so I ended up asking for a second duvet on the second day.
Facilities: While it's only a bit over a hundred yuan a night, and considering the accommodation quality, I shouldn't really nitpick, but I do want to mention one minor drawback: there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. 😥

GGuest UserFinally, I stayed here on my own. I'd always booked for clients before, but this time, I brought a friend along to experience a river-view room in the heart of Xitang. It was worth the trip.
We also saw the flower boats. There weren't many, only six, but they were perfect for the setting.
Interlude: I asked the landlady to borrow two beautiful fire goblets, and then my friend dropped them on the floor. The first thing the landlady asked was if we had any scratches, and she didn't ask for compensation.

AAnonymous UserI visited Nanxiang in early February, and after searching for a while, I settled on Yiheju as there aren't many hotels around.
It's located at the entrance of a residential complex, over a kilometer from the subway station and Impression City, so it's not super convenient. There are a few dining options nearby, which is adequate.
The hotel environment is decent, the room is spacious, and the facilities are relatively new. It also felt quite clean and hygienic. The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was barely separated between wet and dry areas, but I didn't shower, so I don't have much to say about it.
The Wi-Fi signal was good; I never watch TV anyway. There was heating, which was a plus.
Food deliveries are brought upstairs by a robot, which was convenient.
The price was reasonable, much cheaper than staying in downtown Shanghai.
