GGuest UserJust by the sea, you can see the sea in the room, the price is cheap, the price is very high, the boss is also very enthusiastic to help us send luggage to the village, the whole is very good, the only small drawback is that the sound of the toilet door is relatively large, I hope the boss can improve it, Otherwise, going to the toilet in the middle of the night will noisy people in the same room.

MM15907****Excellent! The owner, a friendly guy from Northeast China, was very welcoming. The place was clean and super close to the beach, which was really convenient. The sea was beautiful, and I even caught two clownfish – there were tons of different kinds of fish around the rocks. Oh, and enjoying a beer on the beach at night with the breeze was just incredible! When I left, the owner even gave me a ride to the parking lot. I later realized I'd forgotten my slippers and had to trouble him to go back for them, which I felt really bad about.

GGuest UserStaying at this B&B was a complete surprise! The room was spotless, tidy, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful attention to detail. The view from the window was breathtaking, and waking up to the sunshine and birdsong was truly relaxing.
The staff sent us a detailed check-in guide in advance, answered all our questions, and recommended some delicious restaurants nearby, away from the tourist crowds. Transportation was also very convenient; it wasn't long before we got on the bus, allowing us to easily reach various attractions.
Staying here felt like staying at a friend's house, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserClean and hygienic, the environment is good, the landlord and his wife are good, the homestay is in the town, you can be crazy about the town at any time, eat, drink and play. Near the beach, walk more than 100 meters, you can go to the beach to play in the sand and water at any time, and watch the scenery blow the sea breeze. We also stayed for two nights. Nice holiday.

AAnonymous UserThe 2-meter large bed is much better than expected. It is very rare to use disposable bath towels. It is great. The service is attentive and the room is very clean. It is a B&B worth choosing. It is very close to the scenic spots and the sea. The little brother returned it to us. Posting a guide to the surrounding area, the environment 👍👍👍 will come back next time.

GGuest UserThe location was good, and everything else was fine. The only inconvenience was having to wait for someone from the guesthouse to guide us to our room. However, a really disappointing experience was discovering the price discrepancy. I booked on May 12th for 240 a night, but on May 22nd, the day of check-in, I saw the price had dropped to 187 a night. That 60 difference felt like a total rip-off, and to make matters worse, I couldn't even cancel the booking!

We know the area having spent about a week there so was convenient for our needs ,
Nice design of hotel at night when the lights are on, room was comfortable , bath tub not really suitable for an adult , but our daughter had a go ,
I just do not get why they would provide a 1 time throwaway material out of a plastic bag as a towel , when you have a villa next to the pool
Was generally a quick stop before heading back towards the airport , so all in all for price ratio happy enough ,

LLalita VExcellent location of the hotel! First coastline. View from the balcony directly to the sea. On the balcony it is very convenient to have tea/coffee, eat fruit and make salads, in short - it is a kind of living room in the open air with a view of the sea, palm trees and sand. You leave the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach. This is captivating) Please note that the reception in this house is on the 4th (fourth) floor, not on the 1st. For us this was new. By the way, only Chinese live in the hotel, we were the only Russians. And we really liked it. No one bothered anyone with conversations and other alleged socialization. But we were able to immerse ourselves as much as possible in the life and leisure of the Chinese. This was also captivating. The house itself is not new and the interior inside is not very modern, but everything works, everything is clean. The room was small, although the website says 25 sq.m. - this is not true)) But the bed is really big, because The Chinese consider a double bed to be 1.5 m wide - for us, this is too small. On the floor there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, a sink, and some dishes. We only used the refrigerator. Every day we bought fruits, vegetables, yogurts, ham, and other goodies. It was very convenient. In the hall on the floor there is also a huge mirror (full-length) on the wall.
Next to the hotel there is a chain grocery store, which has everything for any request. A few blocks away there is another grocery store of the same chain, but it is twice as big! Deep in the block, on each street there are many different cafes. We found one cafe with a menu in Russian and very friendly owners. Then every day we went only to this cafe, because if the owners tried with the translation, it means that we will be their clients. We tried almost everything from the Chinese menu. An interesting experience. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal - I recommend it. You can close your eyes to the size of the room))

JJames56Location is fantastic! Along Sanya Bay with a bus stop just opposite which can take you to Yalong Bay and Lu Hui Tou park and Dadonghai shopping centre. The Xinfeng street tram stop is only about 100 m away. Nearby is a shopping mall with a supermarket. Many eateries nearby too.
The place is run by a friendly elderly couple. The room was spacious and airy with a view of the sea. It has a fridge which was very useful.
If we come back to Sanya, would stay here again. Highly recommended!
