GGuest UserI like living in Dongzha, it is quiet and comfortable, the air is good, the scenery is good, the location of the B&B is super good, not far from the entrance of Dongzha, the boss is very nice, pick us up, the B&B is very clean, the window is facing the river, sitting and drinking tea is very leisurely

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

Environment: Average. It's located above street-level shops, which made it quite noisy. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night.
Service: Just okay. The hotel's downstairs restaurant was a letdown; all three dishes we ordered tasted identical. We tried the Maoxuewang, which was overpriced and the flavor was just mediocre.
Pros: Its location right by Wuzhen Xizha's Gate 2 entrance was extremely convenient.

JJuliettpyThe Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

NNan.coThis was my first time visiting Wuzhen, and I chose to stay outside the scenic area at the Chun. Chun Ye B&B, which is about a 5-minute walk from the entrance of Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. Downstairs, there are makeup shops, convenience stores, and restaurants, which is very convenient. Across and next to the hotel are two ancient temples that are worth exploring if you're interested.
Service: The front desk lady was lovely and friendly. Since accommodations here aren't allowed to have elevators, we had to use the stairs. She kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the third floor and then thoughtfully provided us with a touring guide. It was absolutely fantastic!
Environment: The overall style is very minimalist, with simple white decor and not too many embellishments. It's paired with wood, natural stone, and concrete materials, creating a pure and clean ambiance.

GGuest UserFrom Jiaxing Railway Station, you should take Didi to this hotel though using public transport is still possible. You can find the hailing location easily, and the officers near hailing location are helpful.
The hotel itself has spacious rooms, decent facilities, hot water, etc. I visit it when the temperature below 5°C in January. So everything hot is ”mandatory”. If the air condition was too hard to make your room comfortably warm, you can ask for extra heater, portable.
The hotel doesn't have elevators, but don't worry, the hotel officer (owner ?) will gladly help you to bring all your luggage up to the first floor. It seem that the rooms opened at floor 1 only (level 2). Sorry my mistake.
The location is not faraway from Wuzhen West Gate. Near supermarket (Great Super. Turn left from hotel's door, walk around 200m, right at the intersection), traditional market, food stalls (turn right from hotel's door) etc. I believe you will enjoy to explore..
Lastly, install Amap for navigation, Didi for hailing taxi, Alipay for payment, and everything possible for translation. Of course, buy local sim card.
The people are very helpful and nice, if you do that at first to them. That's my personal experience.

AAnonymous UserThis is the most beautiful guesthouse in Dongzha. People from across the river even come to take pictures of this waterside house adorned with fresh flowers. The room has a small, comfortable balcony where you can also watch performances. The owner was incredibly nice, picking us up and dropping us off, making getting around very convenient. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, it's nice and quiet. It is near the scienic area entrance and the parking lot. It took us less than 5min to walk to the hotel. We have to check in at the Zicha visitor centre. Staff is friendly and polite even their English speaking is very limited. They went out of their way to help and give us enough information for our trip. The hotel is a bit old but still well maintained. The bed is comfy and the room is very clean, the shower pressure is good as well. I took the packages which is including unlimited access to the water town and the shuttle bus driving us to the other end of the water town. I used it on the way back as I was tired to walk back. The only negative point is the breakfast is very plain as they don't have many choices. They did'nt even served the coffee. However we can go inside the water town to enjoy the local breakfast with the lovely vibe.
Overall I am quite happy with it as my main trip is to explore the water town in the evening and early morning.
I am not hesitated to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The location is absolutely amazing, just a few minutes' walk directly to the scenic area, so you don't have to rush early or lug your luggage around. The courtyard has an antique charm with rockeries and flowing water, creating a fantastic atmosphere that truly immerses you in the Jiangnan water town experience. They even offer traditional costume rental on-site, saving you the hassle and cost of renting elsewhere. Super high value for money, definitely the top choice for accommodation in Wuzhen!
