GGuest UserThe property is newly constructed hence bathroom and room is quite clean patnem beach is just 5 min walk away. Although it has been wrongly marketed as near to paloleum which is close to 2-3kms. Cons 1. They don't provide basic amenities like telephone, even tv 2. There is no in house kitchen, so in case you want to have anything, you always have to step out as there are not many outside places near by

GGuest UserIt was overall average experience at resort de palolem. Location wise it's excellent property. The food from their restaurant is also great in taste and rate as well. Rooms are clean and neat. The complementary breakfast should be improved as they accept only one option.

GGuest UserWe were 2 couple and booked 2 rooms at roundcube guest house. We got very good deal on mm t and we paid 1400 rs for 1 room. Rooms were spaced and clean. Location is very good and beach is at walking distance. Bike rental service is also nearby.
