GGuest UserMy stay in this villa was excellent although not everything was perfect, the TV didn't work, so it was as if it wasn't there, the room wasn't soundproofed because of the nearby reception, where you could hear voices... even from the room you could hear the coming and going of the trains, not excessively but it can be a bit annoying... I expected higher quality breakfast, even if the ceramics in which everything was served were gorgeous, elegant and classy. The coffee was terrible! The one from the machine in the room was excellent! The service and welcome were ok.

JJoeyVery nice place to stay! It’s close to everything in the city, very clean. Rooms have everything you could ask for. Private parking was a big plus for me. Owners are also really helpful and I could leave the motorbike a little longer to explorer the city in the morning. Grazie!

The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Friendly and very nice!
You can freely use the water server. The facilities were clean and well cleaned. The air conditioner is perfect. There are plenty of outlets. However, if you don't pay attention to the shower, the floor will be flooded.
Location is a bit walk from the station, but the bus stop is close and close to Ferrari Square, so it's perfect for shopping and dining!

Pros: location, spacious room, free coffee.
Cons: very hot, no air conditioning, only a fan; small common area; the hotel is very old; strange manager - always yelling; but what was the cherry on the cake: when we came to get our bags, he said that we should leave the hotel immediately, because we were breaking the safety rules and disturbing other guests, we were creating a threat to them. ))) funny))
