AAnonymous UserThe environment is okay, and the prices here are very cheap. You can eat downstairs. There is a snack street in the alley next to it. It is very lively at night and there is a vegetable market in the morning.

UUssaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here truly stands out — they are exceptionally friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Their attentiveness and care really made a difference in my stay.
The rooftop swimming pool is an absolute highlight! It offers breathtaking views and a serene environment to unwind. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Breakfast is served à la carte, and although the options are somewhat limited, the quality is excellent. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day.
Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated near the center of town, making it easy to explore the local attractions, shops, and restaurants.
And once again, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful and caring the staff is — they truly make this hotel feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

TTRP67Out of all of the hotels that I visited in Phnom Penh during a few weeks time, I unknowingly saved the best for last as far as this property is concerned. The host went out of her way to make me feel at home. My room was very airy, clean, comfortable and well appointed. They wouldn't let me take one bag to my room. I loved all of the details. The laundry person that the host recommended did an amazing job with my clothing for a mere pittance. I highly recommend this property.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this guest house, the hosts were super friendly and helpful, letting me use their fridge and offering me an ice bucket for my beers. Its close to the market and to other really nice restaurants, there were a lot of mosquitos when sitting outside on the balcony, but the hostess offered me some mosquito repellent incense, which worked like a charm. Definitely would recommend!!

The room was nice and clean with fast WiFI internet and nicely functioned AC and hot water.have larg car park for guest car parking with 24$ security service.The starf were welcome,frendly withine english, chines language communication.For the restaurant was really good for morning breakfast and have luch their also delicious and comfortable. I really like this moment, i will reservations and come back again onece time with friend recommendations.

TTana_TevyI expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff.
I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other.
I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care.

GGuest UserGood Luck B&B is very close to the airport. Friends who want to have a good rest after getting off the plane can choose this hotel. The boss is very nice. I brought two extra-large luggages and I was afraid of trouble, so I planned to put the luggage in the lobby. The boss said that there were many people staying and people coming and going, so he helped me carry it to the third floor 👍👍👍 The boss's tea is also very delicious. I really slept well. After checking out the next day, the boss enthusiastically helped me get a taxi and kept emphasizing the price I needed to pay. It's really heartwarming to meet such a good person when you are away from home. Thank you very much🙏🙏🙏 I sincerely wish the boss's business to get better and better✊✊✊

AAronbieMy stay at Sky Residence was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
