I love the easy & hassel-free self check in/out of the accommodation. It makes you feel at home, especially with the ”home equipments” provided in the unit. I really like the home-stay concept in the midst of commercial area because it gives me more options if I want to prepare my own meal rather than relying on food outlets around the area. Pacific Tower is so strategically located which makes it almost an ideal place to stay in PJ and an excellent mode of accommodation especially for low budget travellers.

Good location. Staff is nice and helpful. There is coffee and bread in the morning, warming our heart❤️ It is the besthotel I have ever stayed in KL!

The room wasn't soundproof. Kids in the adjoining room were noisy until almost 3 AM. They don't provide bottled water, power adapters, toothbrushes, or slippers, which is inconvenient. For a guesthouse, you can say you don't offer them, but you should still have some available for guests who ask. I had an early flight and went to the front desk to get my deposit back, but the guy there said it wasn't his working hours (even though I'd discussed my early check-out with the manager before arriving). There are no amenities nearby, so eating and shopping are difficult, and you need a taxi to get around. The shower relies on a small water heater, so the water wasn't hot. The common areas were okay, but I didn't really use them.

The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the thick towels and fast Wi-Fi, which made my stay very reassuring. The common areas were spotless and tidy, and having a water dispenser readily available was very convenient. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a clean toilet, a hairdryer, and a consistent hot water supply. The illuminated mirror was a great design, very helpful for anyone needing to put on makeup or get ready. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and working. Moreover, both the public spaces and the overall hotel environment were quite spacious, contributing to a comfortable and relaxed stay. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel with attentive service, excellent facilities, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent. There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking. The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

Hotel is huge, my kid can run here and there inside. The hotel provide all the things needed like kettle, hair dryer. There is a swimming pool too, good way to play with ur family. Other than the wifi that is not working, everything is good here. The response team is responsive to all my inquiry(wifi problem), good job. If u wish to park at the season parking, u have to pay extra rm8, or else u can just park at the parking space that is available near Atria mall.

The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and having a coin laundry was a lifesaver, as I could find everything I needed nearby. The room was clean, and while the hot water wasn't abundant, it was sufficient. I appreciated having plates and cups, but I couldn't find any spoons or forks; if those were provided, it would be perfect.

Pick this hotel initially due to its closeness to DSH2. However it's really tricky to get there for someone who is not really familiar with the highway. It's really complicated. Maybe because the hotel is still new, just recently been completed after 10 years being stalled (according to a Grab driver) I needed to pay a RM200 deposit (because I stayed more than 2 nights according to the receptionist) which will be given back upon check out. Overall a good stay for someone familiar with the surrounding area. Not so much for us.😅

Small nice condo with a beautiful view of a lake and a golf field, which is quite a premium in Klang Valley. A few convenience stores and some eateries nearby. The condo The condo is quite small, with the second bedroom filled up by the queen bed mostly, and there's only 1 toilet with 2 doors, accessible from the master bedroom and the living/dining room. You can't do any kind of cooking here, there's only an electric kettle. It would be great if they could add a microwave, it's just 100+, but the value it would add to the guests is tremendous. Overall, nice even for a staycation, because of the view, and the huge facilities, albeit a mediocre gym.
