JJLun3388Perfect location for a training event across the road. However, did not make it for the trip as travel plan changed. Hotel operator was helpful and constantly reaching out, but no refund as it has passed the cancellation period.

GGuest UserThe room itself is comfy and aesthetic with very clean toilet & bed (except for the carpet — quite obvious dirt on it, but it doesn't bother me since it's on the floor and not to sleep/sit on). Basic kitchen cutleries are provided like a pair of plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, fork and spoon etc. and there's a convenience store (Bila-Bila Mart) next to the lobby.
The entrance of the building however, was quite difficult to find. The host has emailed the instructions on how to get there and where to park, but people who are unfamiliar/new to the area like me may find it pretty confusing. It is quite a new location with many construction going on at the area, but thankfully there were security guards who were helpful to guide us.

GGuest UserINCREDIBLE. Would definitely stay in this building again and would book with GL Play and no other provider - I have stayed it’s High Suites before but the apartments and service from other companies was terrible.
Thai time, the Customer Service was excellent which makes all the difference, especially if you’re travelling from overseas. Huge value for money, very secure, clean, great view, great facilities - the pool and gym are wonderful, solid WiFi, solid furniture. Small issues eg a broken plug were fixed asap. And staff always prompt, polite and respectful.
Don’t worry about not being in KL centre if that’s where you want to be - quick cheap can to train or straight into town is easy enough. And there’s plenty of yummy local food at local prices in the immediate neighbourhood plus mall, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, opticians etc. So you’re never stuck.
Highly recommend it for the common areas - very lush and clean with amazing views. The pool is one of the best ever.
Small things could be improved eg the quality of the bed sheets and pillows, the addition of a drying rack if you wash clothes and don’t want to use the dryer, a small cupboard to put the broom and mop in, a mirror in the living space. But honestly, I stayed a week and I was happy.
Great to be supplied with laundry detergent, pots, coffee, hairdryer, iron.
Will be back next time I’m in Malaysia.

AAlfred MubarackSmall nice condo with a beautiful view of a lake and a golf field, which is quite a premium in Klang Valley. A few convenience stores and some eateries nearby. The condo The condo is quite small, with the second bedroom filled up by the queen bed mostly, and there's only 1 toilet with 2 doors, accessible from the master bedroom and the living/dining room. You can't do any kind of cooking here, there's only an electric kettle. It would be great if they could add a microwave, it's just 100+, but the value it would add to the guests is tremendous. Overall, nice even for a staycation, because of the view, and the huge facilities, albeit a mediocre gym.

Before checking in, you're required to reply to a WhatsApp message from customer service. As the WhatsApp account didn't have a profile picture, I initially thought it was a scam.
