GGuest UserA fantastic villa stay in Queenstown. The accommodation is conveniently located near to Queenstown's city centre (about a 10 minute drive), making it accessible to anyone looking to partake in the local attractions. Better still, it's still located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads, enabling you to fully soak in and enjoy the tranquility of Queenstown.
While we were unable to cook at the premises, lots of food options and supermarkets are located just a stone's throw away.
Evenings at the villa are especially peaceful, and we would like to also send our sincere appreciation to David and Amy for hosting us over the Christmas holidays!

OOceanbreezeIt's a pretty good airbnb. The main selling point is that it has a huge garden with many fruit trees and some abandoned vineyards. There is a cat Oscar, a lazy sheep basking in the sun. At night you can see the entire southern hemisphere starry sky and the Milky Way.
The disadvantage is that there is no one to take care of me. I have to do everything by myself. The trip lasts for several days and I met the landlord John and several of his staff on the last morning.

GGuest UserThe house is on the mountain. Friendly reminder. Self-driving is OK, but I am not sure if the car can be parked at the landlord’s house. It is very painful to pull luggage up the mountain without a car. Don’t ask me how I know about TAT. The scenery is really good.
There is a ten-minute walk from the center of Queenstown. You need to go down the mountain and then go to the town. There is no large supermarket in the center of Queenstown. There is a small Asian super and the supermarket opposite to buy water and instant noodles. Other items are not very good, especially fruits and Vegetables are not fresh
The room is not big. When the room is not fixed, it is not worth it. It is usually set early and it is about 1100. You must set it early. Friends Trip.com Sit on the ground and start the price TAT.
The overall decoration style of the house is quite good-looking. It can be seen that the owner is a tasteful person. The locals use a fireplace for heating. I don’t know if the landlord uses it. There is a fireplace in the living room.
The first floor of the homestay is the landlord’s room. The second floor is divided into several small rooms with bathrooms.
Every day, a staff member hired by the landlord cleans it. It’s okay. It’s not too clean.
No ID is required for check-in. The landlord’s aunt needs to see the confirmation form and no deposit. It’s a very good white aunt. Can you drink in the living room on the first floor? But I came back late every day and I didn’t participate. Thank you for the invitation of the landlord.
There is a tourist information rack in Queenstown at the door. The door lights aromatherapy candles every day.
I said that the room I lived in seemed to be the largest one on the second floor. There was a big bed and an extra bed. There was an electric blanket under the big bed. Refrigerator (refrigeration is not good and there is sound) coffee cups and daily supplements of butter bread Panasonic air conditioner wall-mounted air conditioner. The new installation is very easy to use. Hot adjustable 30 degrees The room is very warm A wooden wardrobe There is a bathtub in the bathroom The shower is directly above the bathtub No dry and wet separation The toilet staff cleaned not clean
Hot water, I guess it is an electric water heater. There is a quantitative amount. If it is used up, it will be gone. If it is a family, pay attention to the amount of hot water.

The hotel is standard for ordinary motels. The facilities are very simple and have what you should have. It is very convenient to stay for one night before catching a flight. It is very close to the bus stop No. 1 to the airport, about 5-10 minutes walk! We landed in Queenstown and stayed there for three days during the holidays, and then flew out of Queenstown on the last day to stay at this hotel for one day. We felt that the prices were about the same, but there was still a gap in conditions.
