Oversized vehicles can park on the street. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, table/ chairs, electric cooktop, air fryer, microwave, outdoor grill, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils/ plate ware for your dining needs. In addition to the king size bed, we offer a pull out Queen sofa sleeper for the kids or extra adults. There is wireless internet and a smart TV accessing multiple streaming services. Cable TV is not available but you can cast video from your mobile or iPad. We have beach towels, insulated cooler bag, umbrella / chairs and kiddie toys for the beach. After your sunny day at the fine sandy Lake Michigan shores come back to the cottage to relax with your favorite beverage. Sit out on the patio looking out to the expansive courtyard. At night, stroll back to the beach taking in its wonderful tree lined path to watch the stunning sunset and marvel at the starry night sky.Besides Berrien Beach, the Warren Dunes is about 15 minutes away. In May, check out the Tulip Festival in Holland. Spend a day kayaking or fishing in the beautiful Galien River. Come in the Fall for the bountiful pumpkins. Carrie's Cottage is a duplex style cottage in Harbor Country that has two distinct sides perfect for group gatherings (both are included for the low nightly rate)! One side features three bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen and MASSIVE great room ideal for hosting larger groups! The other side is a "studio" style set up with a third private full bathroom, and small kitchenette. The two units are separate and are both rented at booking unless otherwise requested. Each unit has it's own private entrance. The house has a large FENCED yard has mature trees, fire pit, and ample space to relax and hang out! Short 5 min walk (less than 1/4 mile) to semi private beach (shared with 8 other homes) with TWO kayaks provided! We are located on a bluff so there are approximately 50 stairs down to the beach which may be diffucult for guests with health or joint issues. There is one rest bench along the way. Beach and bath towels NOT provided. No laundry facilities on site (laundromat about 1/2 mile away). Please note location of the property on map to Red Arrow Highway and train tracks. Train passes daily at approximately at 8a, 11a, 2p, and 8p.
