The main living area faces the back yard where there are three large maple trees that offer plenty of shade during hot sunny days. The backyard is fenced in for added privacy and security. There is also a fire pit in the back yard for a late evening marshmallow roast or just to relax by an open fire with friends and cold beverages. There's 2200 square feet of living area that includes the basement, which is 1/3 finished. The basement has an egress window that allows for additional sleeping space if needed. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest staying 5 or more nights.Guest will have access to the entire unit and the back yard. Currently, there will be no access to the garage, but driveway parking is available as well as the parking space that is located on the right side of the driveway. During the summer months, you and/or your guest can also park on the street in front of the house. It includes: sink, mini refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven.This space is not ideal for long stays, nor is it ADA sufficient.
