The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings. We are 3 blocks from TSU and close to the Downtown Square. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. It's a Studio style floor plan and it has a private, vintage bathroom. The kitchenette has a sink, Keurig, and a mini fridge to hold your leftovers. You will enjoy a spacious bedroom, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some snacks, and fast internet. This is one of two units in a house divided by a safe, solid, locked security door. You have your own private entrance and your own thermostat.
