Tanawha offers two living areas, a loft, bunk space, and a full bath connected to each bedroom.The large kitchen is well stocked and large enough to cook for a big group. Additional kitchen supplies include trash bags, paper towels, dish and hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. A small selection of spices and oils is provided.Guests may enjoy a stocked coffee bar with the option of drip or Keurig coffee.The dining table seats 10-11 people.The main living space provides comfortable furniture, a smart TV, a charging station, and a large stone fireplace with gas logs.The main level king bedroom and full bath are located off the living room.The third floor is perfect for a family of four with children with the king bedroom connected to the loft via a Jack and Jill bath. In the loft, your kids will be thrilled to sleep in the "Hobbit Hole."The lower level offers a queen bedroom with a private full bath, and a second living space with a sectional couch, smart tv, three twin bunk beds, and half bath.Free laundry facilities and access to the hot tub are also on the lower level.Guests will access the entire property with a four-digit door lock code.You will enter the home from the parking area. There are only three stair-steps between the parking area and the door. The large deck steps pictured are used to access the lower deck and backyard.*Please Note: The clubhouse may be rented for events through the Mill Ridge Property Management office.
