The hotel service and location are very good. There are many places to eat around. Most importantly, parking is safe at night. 😁

Overall it was a very good stay. The only things that did not wow me were
1. The bathroom door is half glass--muted, but still a no for me.
2. There is no fan in the bathroom.
3. I could hear the room next door when someone was in the bathroom.
4. The TV had some screen issues.
The staff was very friendly. We loved the fire pit outside the 2nd floor bar. I also liked that the front desk checked in with me once we checked in and then the next day to see how things were going for us I would stay here again.

At check in they tried to charge me for the stay even though I had already paid through you. It took them a while to get it straightened out.

Room was dirty. Comfort of the room wasn't any different than other non boutique hotels. Other than the location, which was very good, I could have had the same experience at the Hampton Inn.

Shower floor had mold and mildew.... someone needs to deep clean these areas... Bleach and a scrub brush would go a long way.
