Staff is overall okay… and friendly But room for improvement regarding cleannesses….

Location is not convenient but shuttle bus was provided. Very limited choice of food and the food is cold provided in breakfast buffet. The room in generally is clean.

We are family of 4 people (3 adults and 1 kid) stayed for a night before heading to Disney park the next day. Hotel is not quite close to MTR station, however, they provide a free shuttle bus every half an hour, which help a lot. Staffs were helpful at the check in and also leaving luggage at the check out. The room itself is quite large, but amenities are a bit old. Air condition was good and large bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay for us with the value for money budget for 4 people.

Responsive front desk and friendly housekeeping staff. Hotel location is not the most convenient but shuttle bus is provided. Only downside is that the hotel table is quite dirty and filled with stains, and the toilet doors are very heavy. Otherwise, quite a comfortable stay.

It's a very tidy place. The staff is excellent, and the bus shuttle service to the metro station every 30 minutes is a huge bonus.

Although not near to city but convenient with shuttle travel from hotel to MTR station, cleaning daily 👍🏻 Roomsize very good!

The hotel locations is industry area. But good things is they have free shuttle bus to Kwai Hing Station mtr. The room so dusty and when we check the aircon they have a huge dust inside there. and the receptions not so welcome and friendly too. Not even say hello and thank you after all

The counter service is not acceptance. The hotel is better to use AI solution to replace the counter staff to perform the processing of checkin and checkout.

A little far away from a tramstation but no problem. Clean rooms, the reception ladies are working rather slow when checking in and english levels are low.
