NOT RECOMMENDED!! Hair on bed sheets and windowsill. Water leaks into the room after every quick shower, which there is a drain inside the room (seems like its for the leakage problem??). Housekeeping did not fill up the shower gel after the previous guest, called the receiption, were told to go downstairs to take it ourselves, and random little bottles from random brand were given to us, we asked for shower gel and the receiptionist even gave us body lotion??

Pleasant stay at a new hotel located in the convenient location. Near eateries and shopping district. Rooms were clean and new expected and small but comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly, overall would recommend.

A brand new hotel built at the centre of the main road, many restaurants and food downstairs. The room is clean and neat, space might be not enough for long stays more than 4 nights. Overall is nice!

Service was good from the hotel. Receptions and service crews were all smiles when we arrived. Location was one of the best at Wake Concept Hotel. We had booked two rooms both on level 15 & level 16 (1 adult per room). 12-May-24, early morning, the fire alarm ranged at level 15. It ranged for almost 10-15 mins. The friend who stayed on this level peep out of the peephole to make sure it wasn't a real fire. The same day itself, 12-May-24 at night, around 1010pm, the fire alarm in my room sounded. (Level 16). It ranged for almost a 15mins and 2 firemen + 1 hotel staff came knocking on my door. They requested permission to enter the room to check if there are any fire hazards. They also question me, if I had accidentally activated the fire alarm. I told them no, and they also asked questions like am I boiling water, or bathing without the toilet door closed? Both questions I had answer no.(they had a notice in the toilet saying to close the toilet door during bathing to avoid triggering the smoke alarm.) They requested further permission to enter into the room to do a thorough check before reporting that no fire hazards was found. Suggestion to the hotel is to inform guests during check in what to do if the fire alarm sound in the room, as it was very very easily triggered. Nevertheless, the room itself was very comfortable, conducive, right smack in the right location. They also have a free coffee machine in the lobby which is very convenient for coffee lovers. We will be back to stay.

Hotel is in a very good location near MTR, good walking distance. Room is small but it’s to be expected in Hong Kong.

After checking in on the first day, I paid the difference to get a bigger room because the room was too small. On the surface, the hygiene was fine, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were all new. The hotel is new, but I strongly don't recommend it. None of the service staff smiled. It's obvious that they don't like mainlanders. The way they handle problems is even worse.
