NOT RECOMMENDED!! Hair on bed sheets and windowsill. Water leaks into the room after every quick shower, which there is a drain inside the room (seems like its for the leakage problem??). Housekeeping did not fill up the shower gel after the previous guest, called the receiption, were told to go downstairs to take it ourselves, and random little bottles from random brand were given to us, we asked for shower gel and the receiptionist even gave us body lotion??

Pleasant stay at a new hotel located in the convenient location. Near eateries and shopping district. Rooms were clean and new expected and small but comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly, overall would recommend.

A brand new hotel built at the centre of the main road, many restaurants and food downstairs. The room is clean and neat, space might be not enough for long stays more than 4 nights. Overall is nice!

Service was good from the hotel. Receptions and service crews were all smiles when we arrived. Location was one of the best at Wake Concept Hotel. We had booked two rooms both on level 15 & level 16 (1 adult per room). 12-May-24, early morning, the fire alarm ranged at level 15. It ranged for almost 10-15 mins. The friend who stayed on this level peep out of the peephole to make sure it wasn't a real fire. The same day itself, 12-May-24 at night, around 1010pm, the fire alarm in my room sounded. (Level 16). It ranged for almost a 15mins and 2 firemen + 1 hotel staff came knocking on my door. They requested permission to enter the room to check if there are any fire hazards. They also question me, if I had accidentally activated the fire alarm. I told them no, and they also asked questions like am I boiling water, or bathing without the toilet door closed? Both questions I had answer no.(they had a notice in the toilet saying to close the toilet door during bathing to avoid triggering the smoke alarm.) They requested further permission to enter into the room to do a thorough check before reporting that no fire hazards was found. Suggestion to the hotel is to inform guests during check in what to do if the fire alarm sound in the room, as it was very very easily triggered. Nevertheless, the room itself was very comfortable, conducive, right smack in the right location. They also have a free coffee machine in the lobby which is very convenient for coffee lovers. We will be back to stay.

Hotel is in a very good location near MTR, good walking distance. Room is small but it’s to be expected in Hong Kong.

[Excellent location] Just a two-minute walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR. There are snacks, late-night snacks, cafes and other entertainment venues around Temple Street nearby, with a diverse range of people. [Excellent service attitude] The service attitude of the staff and the cleaning lady I contacted during check-in and check-out were very good. We will also call you to remind you about check-out time. [Full-featured] It has all the configurations that a hotel room should have. The socket pipe is enough. There is also a luggage tray. [Freedom of management] Perhaps it is a concept hotel with a novel way of thinking. When preparing to check in, students from the Chinese University were doing questionnaires, answering guest inquiries and asking guests to sit aside, etc. The guests mistakenly thought they were hotel staff and waited for a while before asking again. , Chinese University students please consult the front desk for reply. So, if you are not a hotel staff, why should you answer guest questions on behalf of hotel staff? Convening people to gather in the "lobby" to do questionnaires also played a significant role in blocking the streets. [New room decoration] The advantage of a newly opened hotel is that it is well decorated and in line with modern people's aesthetics. However, the partitions in the shower area are not enough to block the splashing water, and the area outside the shower room will be almost completely wet. [Small area] It’s OK for one person, but cramped for two people. [The air conditioner and ventilation fan are not very effective] If the air conditioner is not turned on at high speed, the mirror on the sink will become foggy after a period of stay. If the air conditioner is turned on at high winds, the air conditioner will rebound against the bed or window, causing poor human comfort. [Poor hygiene] There are obvious stains on cups and towels. [Poor cleaning effect] I don’t know which guest left a pair of socks on the luggage tray. I don’t know how many nights I spent in this room. [Poor ventilation in the room] The fire alarm bell rang twice in 10 hours due to the smoke alarm sensor, once at around 10pm and once at around 8am. Firefighters and ambulances came twice. (Both are false alarms) Warning everyone, be sure to close the bathroom glass door tightly after bathing and bathing. [Surprisingly] The fire alarm rang, but no one "escaped" and the staff were extremely calm. They were most afraid of a "crying wolf" story. So even though I knew it was most likely a false alarm, I did an "escape drill". [Finally] It’s also feasible if the location is good, the price is right, and you bring your own disposable supplies. A very clean and nice hotel.

After checking in on the first day, I paid the difference to get a bigger room because the room was too small. On the surface, the hygiene was fine, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were all new. But for some reason, after staying in the hotel, both arms were covered with red spots from fleas or bed bugs. I have a psychological trauma about staying in a hotel 😣

The hotel is new, but I strongly don't recommend it. None of the service staff smiled. It's obvious that they don't like mainlanders. The way they handle problems is even worse. If you tell them that there is a problem with the room, they will just send you away. The room was making a sound like a machine all night. I have been to Hong Kong at least 15 times, and I can't believe there is such a thing. Don't go there, so as not to be annoyed.
