The rate of the hotel is pretty reasonable. It offers bread and coffee for complimentary breakfast. I don't complain when I saw some hair on the blanket. And I don't complain when I asked the staff at the front desk about TV channels and they knew nothing. I stayed at 33th floor and the room was vey humid. Air conditioning cannot reduce humidity, which was 86% that night when it was raining outside. I was not happy when I was checking out. I stayed on Friday and then Sunday for the next week. The staff at the front desk wanted to charge me for a two-day luggage storage fee. They eventually followed the policy and charged me one-day fee after I argued. There are so many hotels on Hong Kong Island. I definitely can find another one with a better service for the same rate next time.
