First of all, I think this is what you would expect from a cheap hotel in Hong Kong. Easy access to Austin and Jordan. The staff speaks Cantonese well and can't use a translation app, but I felt they were very kind and tried to treat us well.
I checked in at this guesthouse, but was shown to a room in another guesthouse nearby. The photos of the room are not false. The air conditioner and ventilation fan are noisy. In the summer, you'll have to choose between noise and temperature. The toilet and shower can be used without any problems, but there is a slight smell.

I took my daughter out with me. It was very close from West Kowloon Station to the hotel. The boss was very nice and told me the facilities in the room very carefully. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, I highly recommend staying here. Although the room is small, it is very clean. It is also close to the subway station. There are many snack shops downstairs. The hotel is right outside the Austin MTR station (connected to the West Kowloon High Speed Rail), which is super convenient to go anywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jordan Station. There is a Temple Street halfway. It is very lively at night with many snacks. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs. When leaving Hong Kong, it took 17 minutes from the hotel to the West Kowloon customs to the ticket gate. It was really fast and convenient. I will continue to stay here in the future.
