The hotel lobby is simple, staff assisting check-in is courteous. Unique design and very good location near sneakers Street and have a lot of eateries surrounding.

This hotel has been in my pocket list for quite sometime now, finally got the chance to stay, it turned out better than I expected. The room has been kept very nice and clean, staff are very friendly and the location is very convenient. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The hotel is neat and clean. The room is quite small but still comfortable to stay. They are Eco friendly, towels, shower gel, shampoo are provided. The gym and lounge is at level 3 which you need an access card to enter. No public toilet if you check out and have to use the toilet from the shopping mall across the road. The staff are mostly friendly and can speak English and Mandarin.

Small rooms but very clean and modern. Location is just 2 mins away from Mongkok MTR station and stone away from ladies market, temple market and sneaker street. Location is superb! Ichiran just beside the hotel. So many eateries.
No hotel amenities even a hotel lobby toilet.

The reason I booked this hotel is Bcz the hotel is newly builded , location near to MTR Mongkok & Mongkok East Station and bus stop for bus A21 from airport . It’s all within the walking distance very convenient . And when 1st day arrived we took bus A21 from airport to the hotel and due to handling of kids and luggage we forgotten a back pack in the bus A21 🥲 but when we check in to hotel we asking help from the hotel front desk staff and they are very helpful they help to contact the bus company and manage to help me get back my back pack really thanks a lot !!! Good job 👏 we will back again to stay this hotel !!! 👍👍👍👍

The location was the main reason I booked this hotel, very near to MTR Mongkok & Mongkok East station, as well as bus stop for bus A21 from airport, it's all within walking distance. Very close to many restaurants and shopping, a busy and happening area right in the middle of Mongkok. Despite the hotel location in such a busy area, it was not noisy at all, I had a pleasant stay. The shower pressure and hot water was great, if the hotel could provide more hanger and the fridge is colder, then it would have been perfect. There is a gym and self service free coffee place at 3rd floor. Nice place to hangout. There is this famous Japanese Ichiran ramen just right next to the hotel. Room is decent in size for Hong Kong standard. Free WiFi, the receptions were very helpful, bed is comfortable. But the price is very pricey during peak season and during any international exhibition and event. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location is very good and downstair of hotel will open Ichiran Ramen, many food places around and hotel is new. Just no facilities like swimming pool. But the room is not that small.

About 5 minutes walk from Mongkok MTR, easy to find as the building is super unique. The room is quite spacious for HK standard, at least I didn’t make me feel claustrophobic. There’s a convenience store right below but it’s not open 24/7. The nearest 7/11 is across the road. Also there is a McDonald’s there across the road too.

Hotel is a bit small, and they always give us the same unit type. But hotel location is good, there are alot of nice restaurants nearby.

Angus at the front desk was friendly and great. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping was carried out timely. Pity that we encountered the koinu typhoon on our day 2 & 3 and we can't get any food while we were in the hotel because there is no in house food and beverage except a vending machine at level 3. Walking distance to sneaker street is real short and about 10 mins walk to nearest mongkok mtr exit D2.

Pain in the ass hotel wouldn’t allow me to change my dates after my son fell sick and we couldn’t visit Hong Kong. Maybe it’s a nice hotel, not sure. They kept my money and are Very inflexible

Concerning your comment about the booking matter, we have reviewed all the details and have located one room reservation with similar matter inquiry that happened in February with booking agency request to cancel booking due to guest's son reported sick, but we have aware the reservation date is in a month after, which was rejected. On the same day, the booking agent has contacted hotel again for another reason (reported the guest's examination has been canceled) to cancel the booking was then rejected again. At last, on 4 Mar, we have again received the booking agent to request amend the booking staying period with a reason of change travel plans only, and we declined, as all these three reasons of cancellation are not a sufficiencient justifcations in any urgency matter perspective to cancel the room reservation. In such curcumstance, and room booking is under the hotel's non-refundable canellation policy, and no amendment nor cancellation was allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Thank you for your attention and kindly rest assured that we shall continue to try our utmost effort in enhancing the hotel’s service standard. The check in and out process was pretty fast and easy. The housekeeping aunties are quite friendly and always greet us in the morning.
Location is quite good. Easy accessible by MTR and buses including A21 bus to airport.
Alot of restaurants surrounding it.
Downside was small room.
