尖沙咀地鐵A1出口出，右轉過一個小馬路再往右手邊走50米就是海防大廈！大廈裏治安可以，人員不雜，一樓有門衞。進入大廈到10樓，出電梯往右走就看到了。沒有前台，要和老闆打電話要開大門和開房門的密碼。衞生還可以，該有的電吹風、拖鞋、一次性牙刷牙膏、沐浴露、洗髮水都有，自己準備毛巾。不怎麼理想就是窗户沒有紗窗，不能打開，開着空調住一兩晚可以，住久了估計受不了，像一個密室，有密室恐懼症的人住不了。酒店地理位置非常好，維多利亞港、天星碼頭、海港城、九龍公園都在10鍾內可以到。

衹能説香港寸土寸金，酒店很小，不打電話還進不去門，酒店老闆是個老阿姨也不經常在，感謝送的兩個橙子還配了水果刀，但是酒店沒有Wifi，牆上貼的紙條寫的網絡名根本搜不到，衹能用自己手機流量，另外酒店底下的米線很好吃

優點：
地理位置非常方便
缺點；
1.水管整天發出咚咚咚的聲音 是整天！！！
2. 廁所馬桶小到只能側坐 無法正坐！
3. 熱水器只夠勉強堤供1人熱水，之夜都要等20分鐘。
4. 真的好小 1晚將近1000港元1晚 需要考慮。
只待了一陣子，因沒法退費
當日晚上訂了荃灣悅來酒店4晚 多花5000多港幣。
以上。 如果不求任何條件 這地方真的十分方便。

就衹能説有個住的地方吧，其他就不要抱太大希望了，房間帶窗户但是不能打開的，不開空調的話很悶，房間除了兩張床再也放不下其他東西了。
