La capacidad se desborda y no se respeta la reserva. En mi caso me asignaron un cuarto extremadamente reducido de dos camas habiendo reservado una cama doble sin señal de WIFI.

I had to stay here as part of my +4 stay in Hong Kong. The location is great but the hotel itself is terrible. The rooms are small and the conditions are not clean. To top it off my ceiling leaked over the floor and the bed. The manager came in and mopped up the floor then gave me a towel to put over the now dirty, orange bedsheet and did not even want to change it until I demanded so. Shocking.
