The shared room is good. If compared to this price elsewhere, this one is considered a good option. The location is very good. Close to the BTS, food, shopping. I really like it.

Despite the good location, however the room conditions is worst and not worth the cents, bathroom and wall are moody due to high humidity and dirty floors and walls. Please avoid this guest house at all cost!!!!

Advantages:
1. Great location
2. Clean rooms, hot water
3. Friendly front desk service, both Mandarin and English are available
Disadvantages:
1. Need to wait for the front desk guy when checking in
2. Password lock (it might be safer if each person has a card, but it doesn't matter)
3. Soundproofing is not that good, but not too bad, just bring earplugs
Neutral:
Mixed accommodation, not full, everyone is polite to each other, no discomfort
The room will be a bit hot in summer if there is no air conditioning

I stayed here on a solo trip to Hong Kong.
It's close to Chungking Mansions and the surrounding area is quite lively.
The facilities are a little old, but I guess that's understandable for the price.

Near MTR 3 steps
The accommodation zone is very good, clean, good view, extremely clean bathroom.
Good service. No deposit required. Use a code to enter and exit. Convenient.
