Rooms are basic but adequate and clean. Very good shower. Breakfast is booked on checking in and you get only what you order which in my opinion is great as the it was very good and there is no buffet food wastage.

The facilities are average and fairly clean. Overall, they are generally remote and have inconvenient transportation.
There is no convenience store near the hotel. It will be troublesome if you are hungry at night. It is also a long way from downtown Saigon.
