已經投訴過好多次房間入面冇廁紙， 停車場又唔收房卡， 要刻意搭𨋢到大堂， 然後再轉𨋢去大地庫車埸， 非常不便再加上不是每一部𨋢可以去車場， 希望喺停車場設立收房卡箱， 或者放喺出閘處

酒店位於工業區，離葵興站有一段距離，有接駁巴士去葵芳站，床有啲硬，最唔好係棧逃生燈好光，，影響睡眠。
