The hotel is well designed, but the service is average. The waiters will rush to get into the elevator with you. Breakfast is a la carte and buffet style, and you are told that you can only order one dish from the a la carte menu. For example, if you order a bowl of noodles, you can't order anything else, such as eggs, waffles, etc. The waiter said that if you want, of course you can, just pay more. I have stayed in so many hotels around the world, and I have seen many a la carte menus. This is the first time I have encountered such a weird one. I think it is very likely a special rule for Mandarin guests, which makes people feel very bad and very disgusting. It took more than an hour from entering to leaving the locker room of the spa center, and I didn't see any waiters. The waiters from the restaurant opposite came in several groups to use the toilet in the locker room. Maybe this hotel, which claims to be the best in Hong Kong, thinks that guests don't need privacy.

I usually don't like to write reviews, but this hotel is really hard to resist. I'll write about it for everyone to avoid pitfalls. The hotel has nothing good except for its hardware facilities and a bunch of welcoming ladies in the lobby. First of all, the bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It was too soft and I was half asleep and half awake the whole night. There were also problems with the air conditioning and ventilation. After staying for one night, I felt like I had just recovered from a serious illness. Swallowing a razor blade in my throat was like having an erection. The hot spring swimming pool in the public area looked good, but the water quality was very poor. There were a lot of floating objects in it. In short, I felt like I was infected with various bacteria and viruses after staying for one night. After returning home, I felt like I had an erection from the epidemic. The breakfast was not good either.
