Juliette's initial check-in presentation was very professional. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the food was delicious. While the value for money was a little low, I was satisfied with everything else. It's a very comfortable place! I recommend the pool.

Mediocre, neither good nor bad. The foreign front desk staff were more enthusiastic than the Chinese staff. The cleaning lady in the rooms was very good, and the doorman at the entrance was also excellent. The hotel's Chinese restaurant, T’ang Court, had virtually no service; CHAAT, the Indian restaurant, was pretty good.

My overall stay was incredibly satisfying. I truly feel it was well worth the price, perhaps even exceeding my expectations a bit. The hotel's location is super convenient; it saved a lot of time for getting around, shopping, and dining, with excellent amenities nearby. What truly surprised me was the view – it was incredibly expansive and beautiful, both day and night. Every photo I took turned out amazing. The hotel's decor felt very upscale, with a stylish yet sophisticated design. The lobby, public areas, and rooms were all exquisitely done, with great attention to detail. The room facilities were also comprehensive and well-maintained, feeling very new and comfortable to use. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to quality. Overall, whether it was the environment, the views, the decor, or the amenities, this stay felt truly worthwhile. If I visit this area again in the future, I'll definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

I saw the Black Diamond Wow Privilege and it was my child's birthday, so I thought I'd try the Rosewood Hong Kong, which I've long heard is the best. We stayed for two nights. First, I'd say the check-in experience was quite good. I booked two rooms, one with a Kowloon view and one with a sea view, and requested they be on the same floor in advance. Trip.com customer service followed up, and indeed, we got rooms on the same floor. However, we didn't receive the room upgrade mentioned in the Wow Privilege. We checked in at 4 PM, and the rooms were ready with a handwritten welcome letter and a fruit platter (three oranges) in each. I didn't mention my child's birthday during check-in, so we didn't get a birthday cake on their actual birthday. I feel the attention to detail in service was a bit lacking – a deduction for attentiveness. The hotel front desk also didn't mention the Wow Privilege or the option for a 2-hour late check-out. The staff's service attitude was excellent; they switched seamlessly between English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with some items for self-service and others to order from a menu. Although the variety wasn't extensive, the food was well-prepared and delicious. My only slight disappointment was that the wonton noodles on the first day were amazing, but when I ordered them again on the second day, they were significantly less impressive, with a bland and tasteless broth. The hot waffles were delicious both days 😋. The turndown service every night was excellent, and the room cleaning was very thorough. During our stay, we also tried the spa, pool, and gym, all of which I highly recommend.

I specifically chose to stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, a benchmark for luxury hotels in the city, and overall, it met my expectations, with only a minor disappointment regarding the bathrobe. The room layout was spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the complete Victoria Harbour skyline. The daytime scene of blue seas and boats, and the nighttime spectacle of countless city lights, each had their own unique charm. The entire room featured high-quality wood furnishings and plaid soft decor. The walk-in closet offered ample storage, and the dual showers and scenic bathtub were top-notch. Amenities like toiletries, TWG tea sets, and Nespresso coffee machines were thoughtfully provided. The turndown service each evening included an aromatherapy scent and a small snack, showing exceptional attentiveness. Service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The concierge and butler were friendly, professional, and promptly responded to any requests. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, with high-quality Hong Kong-style Nissin Demae Itcho, desserts, and fresh fruits. The high-altitude infinity pool directly overlooks the sea; it was quiet and uncrowded, making for a perfectly relaxing swim. Direct access to K11 Musea downstairs made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor flaw was the quality of the bathrobes in the room. The fabric felt rather thin, lacking the softness and plushness found in bathrobes at other luxury hotels in the same category. This was a stark contrast to the otherwise exquisite and luxurious amenities in the room. The experience would be even more perfect if the bathrobe material were upgraded. Overall, the minor imperfection doesn't overshadow the many positives. It remains a must-stay hotel for sea views in Hong Kong, and I would definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The service was excellent. When my original room wasn't ready at 3 PM, they proactively upgraded me to a higher category. Room service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant service was comprehensive and polite. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying again.

During check in Jay was great and friendly. Thank you for giving me the free upgrade as it was my birthday on 23/5. And I am surprise with the slice of cake too. Thank you Room was clean and big. And nice harbour view. Desmond Lee was present during my checkout and he did ask me how was my stay. He did apologise for the below mentioned. But my feedback is not to get anything free from the hotel. Being No1 hotel in 2025. I was disappointed. I am sure the team can do better. Tech fix the flashing light without clearing the carpet. I need to call for Svc on 22/5. The hotel did compliment me with a box of chocolate. Apple for refreshment was not fresh. There was a cut. Bfast - foods quality can be better. 23/5 bfast was good especially the pan cakes. However on the 24/4 Fried rice and veg was cold. Given the feedback to the waitress

The modern, minimalist luxury style is truly unique and comfortable. Toiletries are from a niche British brand. I'd suggest upgrading the hairdryer. The Victoria Harbour night view is excellent, and the public areas feature various antique decorations. The restaurant is fantastic, and the hotel has direct access to K11 and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. I came here specifically because it's vying for HOTEL magazine's top hotel of 2025 and a Michelin three-star key, and it truly lived up to expectations.

The room felt very spacious and open, with great facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service. The bathroom had a unique and stylish design, and the air conditioning control panel was quite distinctive. My only minor suggestion would be for the service staff to speak a little louder.

Service was all good except not providing new amenities daily. Was hoping to collect those to use while traveling to places that provide not good quality of amenities. Like toothbrush tooth paste cotton buds with traveling size etc. after all very nice stay and beautiful room. 40F lounge is very nice.

Spacious room with a beautiful harbour view, comprehensive amenities like swimming pool, gym, spa and lots of in-house dining options. Staff were lovely too.

You get what you pay for, no doubt about it. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service is excellent. We also dined at the restaurant, and they offer discounts for guests. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and full of pleasant surprises. I even managed to snag one of their famous egg tarts! I can only say it's expensive, haha.

The views, location, and room amenities are definitely top-notch in Hong Kong. Everything else is hard to say; it feels like all the money went into the decor and the prime location. Just come for the experience, I guess. My number one hotel is still the Raffles in Singapore.

Everything else was fine, except for the poor hygiene.
