Unique Boutique hotel at Austin road. Friendly service staff, clean rooms and location is fair.
Room is not big but the size is common for Hong Kong.
It's not very near to mtr or major bus stops. So do bring along an umbrella or raincoat if it is raining season. Some areas are not sheltered.
Jordan Mtr is 10mins leisure stroll, or you can take green minibus 26a behind the hotel towards Mtr jordan. opposite minibus direction heads to Hung Hom Mtr.
Also able to walk to Don Don donki Tsim Sha Tsui, or even bakehouse Tst in estimated 20mins or more.
Hailing cabs and booking others means of transport are rather easy.
The hotel is also rather near to some Michelin or restaurant/ shops popular on social media. So walking back is a good form of exercise after excessive bingeing. :p

下次不會再入住這酒店了，房間很小，空調很大聲，又不夠冷，一整晚都沒休息到天亮。太難受了

設施：
新。簡約。考慮到住客需要。小小空間容納大。喜歡那床頭設計。洗手間可做到乾濕分離。如果多一兩個usb插頭就更好。沐浴露的牌子和味道好好。第一晚贈送冰箱飲品也是蠻香港。
衞生：
乾淨整潔。沒異味。
地理位置：
太好了。周邊不會過於繁榮。很安靜。但去購物和景點都很方便，地鐵站和巴士周邊都有，舉步可到。整棟樓沒什麼遮擋。不像其他酒店那樣和隔壁樓就是握手。
服務：
前台Boky、lily、eric三位主動熱情，入住辦理很快，主動介紹酒店服務；其中那位略微豐滿可愛的小姐姐對周邊很熟悉，還有香港的即時情況，例如展覽，當我説想去看展覽，她馬上搜尋資訊給予介紹。感覺前台都是有藝術修養的人才。
建議：咖啡店那邊服務員是否可以不在大聲聊天，下午回去拿行李順便點杯咖啡，坐了一會，咖啡店那邊服務員就聚集在大聲聊天，好吵。

挺好的 第一次來香港住的酒店比較滿意 服務人員也很友好 硬件設施也都齊全 衞生環境也不錯 屬於比較中高水準的酒店了

房間出乎意料的好，本來以為20平會非常小，沒想到麻雀雖小五臟俱全。落地窗視野很好，衞生間也挺寬敞，視覺上一點不壓抑，強烈安利。前台的小姐姐們也很温柔，咖啡很好喝，就是有點小杯。
酒店地理位置很好，到佐敦地鐵站衹要步行兩個路口，非常方便

The room is equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV, branded bath products, especially Page Common's special drip coffee pods.
