The room is fascinating as always, the service is excellent! Am a repeater to stay, and the check in staff could even remember my face and my last name.

Great location! Clean and spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue is the "LAYOUT" of the hotel, a lot of unnecessary switching of elevators and walking across lobbies and even guest rooms. But if the EAST Entrance can be "SET" as the MAIN LOBBY, I sincerely feel the entire experience will be greatly improved.

Excellent habour view, the best in HK, in my opinion. Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy their facilities like pool and restaurants.

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of victory harbour .
Moreover, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their warm and accommodating nature made me feel right at home.
