The location is convenient, 10 minutes' walk from Mong Kok Railway Station. The hotel staff were indifferent when checking in. No staff smiled or greeted me at the entrance. There were few room folders, but the room cleaning staff were very enthusiastic.

Decent hotel and location. Trip had split our 7 night stay into 3 bookings and initially had to check out every 2 nights but staff managed to help us keep the same room. Relatively helpful on their end. Cleanliness was decent but towel and bedsheet had some stains.

Second time staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel is good and it is very convenient to go everywhere. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped. Check-in at the hotel was quick. Recommended for friends who come to Hong Kong to stay.
